Our products are designed in the UK and manufactured in certified facilities that meet international food-safety standards. Every batch is quality-checked before dispatch.

UK orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Canadian orders typically arrive in 7–10 business days. Pakistan orders are delivered within 5–7 business days via our local courier partners.

Yes, all our ice cube trays are made from food-grade silicone that is safe for use in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +230°C, making them ideal for freezer use. The flexible silicone also makes it easy to pop out ice cubes without breaking them.

Yes, our baking moulds are oven safe up to 230°C (446°F). We recommend placing them on a flat baking tray for stability when filling with batter. Do not use them under a direct grill or open flame.

All Unikraft products are dishwasher safe. You can also wash them by hand with warm soapy water. Silicone is naturally non-stick, so cleaning is quick and easy. For stubborn stains, soak in warm water with a little bicarbonate of soda.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@unikraft.co.uk with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@unikraft.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

Yes, all Unikraft products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
